Soybean oil is a refined vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the soybean plant (Glycine max). It is a light-colored oil, used widely in cooking, frying, and in various industrial applications such as biodiesel production, cosmetic formulations, and as an ingredient in food products.

    7. Method of Production:
    Soybean oil is produced through the process of solvent extraction or cold pressing. It is then refined to remove impurities such as phospholipids, free fatty acids, and pigments.

    The oil is refined and should contain no more than 0.05% free fatty acids (FFA) and should be free of any additives or preservatives.
